As an Automotive and Marine Detailing Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality detailing services on vehicles and watercraft of all types. This includes everything from interior and exterior cleaning to advanced paint correction, polishing, oxidation removal, and ceramic coating applications. You will use industry-leading tools, products, and techniques to restore, protect, and enhance surfaces while delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete interior and exterior detailing on cars, trucks, boats, jet skis, and pontoons
• Execute services such as paint correction, polishing, and oxidation removal
• Apply professional and marine-grade ceramic coatings (e.g., Gtechniq)
• Use proper surface prep and decontamination methods (clay bar, iron remover, etc.)
• Operate buffers, polishers, steam cleaners, and extractors safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work area
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality control on every job
• Educate clients on aftercare and coating maintenance, when applicable

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive and/or marine detailing (1–2+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of detailing chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Experience with paint correction, wet sanding, or ceramic coatings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions as needed
