Position Overview  

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team, specializing in mobility 

equipment maintenance, installation, and customer service. This role combines technical expertise 

with a strong commitment to helping improve our clients' quality of life through proper equipment, 

care and support.  

Position Details  

• Hours: Full-time/Part-time

• Location: Both on-site and mobile service responsibilities  

• Position Type: Part-time  

Required Qualifications  

• Valid Driver's License  

• Ability to pass background check  

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance  

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills  

• Excellent customer service orientation  

• Reliable transportation  

Key Responsibilities  

Technical Services  

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and troubleshooting of mobility equipment  

• Execute repairs and maintenance procedures  

• Conduct battery replacements and maintenance  

• Install and service various mobility solutions including:   

o Grab bars  

o Vehicle lifts  

o Stairlifts 

▪ Other mobility assistance equipment  

• Ensure proper assembly and safe operation of all equipment  

Delivery and Installation  

• Provide white-glove delivery service  

• Perform professional equipment installations  

• Demonstrate proper equipment usage to clients  

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations  

Cleaning and Maintenance  

• Steam clean lift chairs  

• Perform deep cleaning of rental equipment  

• Sanitize and prepare used items for redeployment  

• Maintain cleanliness standards for all equipment  

Professional Development  

• Maintain expert knowledge of all product lines  

• Complete required training programs and certifications  

• Participate in ongoing education and skill development  

• Review and utilize provided training materials and videos

Physical Requirements  

• Stand, walk, and move for extended periods  

• Lift and carry heavy equipment (50-100 lbs)  

• Bend, kneel, and reach in various positions  

• Operate hand and power tools safely  

• Drive company vehicles  

• Operate a forklift
