Smokehouse Pit BBQ - Dishwasher

·           Washing Dishes:

This includes sorting, washing, and storing dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers, either by hand or using dishwashers. 

·           Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keeping the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of clutter. 

·           Operating Dishwashers:

Ensuring the proper operation of dishwashers and reporting any issues to the supervisor. 

·           Assisting with Food Prep:

Helping with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as cleaning and preparing ingredients. 

·           Maintaining Supplies:

Monitoring dishwashing supplies and restocking as needed. 

·           Following Safety Procedures:

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards and reporting any sanitation or mechanical issues. 

·           Supporting Other Staff:

Assisting other kitchen staff with tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and taking out trash. 

Skills and Qualifications:

·                     Physical Stamina: Being able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (pots, pans, cases of dishes). 

·                     Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively, especially during busy periods. 

·                     Attention to Detail: Ensuring dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized. 

·                     Ability to Follow Instructions: Understanding and following directions from supervisors and adhering to food safety regulations. 

·                     Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow. 

·                     Sanitation Awareness: Understanding and adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene procedures. 

 

Pay is based on experience.
