The WELCOME Food Pantry needs CDL drivers to pick up donated food from local stores! Three years ago, WELCOME served fewer than 200 families a month from their Main Street location. They have moved to a larger facility, but they are now serving almost 450 families. To do this, they must pick up food four mornings a week. They have a large reefer truck, but lack CDL drivers. They even have volunteers who can ride along to do the physical lifting! The pickups are Monday - Friday and generally take two to three hours.
